Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

Our aim is to provide high-quality care and timely appointments for all of our patients. Missed appointments and late cancellations can prevent other patients who may be in pain from being seen.

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment

If youโ€™re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by phoning reception at 0161 905 3440. You can leave a message if you’re calling outside of opening hours; our reception team will return your call as soon as they can.

To allow us to offer your appointment to another patient, we kindly ask for at least 24 hoursโ€™ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • A late cancellation is any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hoursโ€™ notice.
  • A missed appointment (no-show) is when an appointment is not attended and no notice is given.
  • In both cases, we reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee.
