I visited this practice for the first time on Monday 15th Sept after 11 months of back pain. I'd previously seen two physiotherapist without any significant relief. (not from the Dynamic practice ) I saw Nigel Chin & after only 2 days after my 1st session my pain levels have decreased to such an extent that I had my first peaceful sleep in a long time last night:) I did walked out feeling like I'd gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson after my 1st session lol...( that really is a joke) However, I think you can appreciate where I'm coming from to how I'm feeling now 2 days later. Nigel was very helpful, professional & gave me some great advice moving forward.... I'm a very happy client! 5 stars for Nigel Chin ***** Finally, Julie on reception was very welcoming to me as a new client. 5 stars ***** I can highly recommend this practice 5 stars *****Posted on Norah O'SheaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nigel Chin is a wizard and has helped me diagnose and treat my lower back and hip pain, which is due to degraded discs and sacroiliac disfunction. I can walk in with 8/10 pain and instantly it is reduced to a minor annoyance rather than debilitating pain. I have monthly appointments scheduled, along with ad hoc appointments when necessary. He takes a whole body approach to his treatment which makes a big difference from other chiropractors. Cannot reccomend Nigel enough, as with most I was reccomended through word of mouth and have highly reccomended him to friends and family.Posted on Nathan RichardsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had been struggling with neck pain, and Bilal was absolutely amazing. After just one session, I felt a big improvement, and within two days the pain was completely gone. The service overall was excellent, I booked last minute and was still able to get an appointment, and everyone at the clinic was so friendly and welcoming.Posted on Sofia GoertzTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been going to the chiropractic for a few months and I have seen grave improvement in my mobility in my arms. I recommend this chiropractic to all.Posted on Charanjit SinghTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After an assisted birth (induction with ventouse), I noticed my baby had a very significant tightness in the right side of his neck. He was struggling with latching for breast feeding, straining his neck to the side when trying to burp, a very evident preference for only turning to his right to look at interesting things and a preference of lying with his head to the right at night which by 8/10 weeks had caused it to start flattening on an angle where he lay. I was recommended Andrea at Dynamic Chiropractic, by a fellow new mum & after our first session, when I lay him down to sleep, he lay with his head to the left for a while, for the first time! After each session we noticed a marked difference in our baby with much better free-movement to his left. Andrea identified straight away he was tight down most of his right side and showed me some gentle moves I could do at home to help him. After just a few sessions our baby, at 12 weeks self-soothed himself to sleep for the first time and chose to lie with his head to the left side. Something he had never done before. I can highly recommend dynamic chiropractic; the staff are absolutely lovely and Andrea herself is very knowledgeable, gentle with our baby & a lovely person, & can’t recommend her enough!Posted on carrie daviesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been a customer of Dynamic Chiropractic for many years, and the main reason I go is because of Nigel Chin. Nigel is a truly incredible chiropractor who has helped me over the years with issues ranging from achilles to lower back and neck pain. I have recommended Nigel to so many people over the years and they too, speak so highly of him. The location itself is immaculate and receptionists are so helpful and always greet you with a smile.Posted on piper wingsVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Everything You Need to Know
What is sports rehabilitation?
Sports rehabilitation is a type of therapy focused on helping you recover from sports injuries, overuse issues, or physical strain while improving strength, mobility, and overall performance. It combines hands-on treatment, targeted exercises, and movement education to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries.
What conditions are suitable for sports rehabilitation?
- Sports injuries such as sprains, strains, and ligament injuries
- Overuse injuries from repetitive training or activity
- Postural and biomechanical imbalances affecting performance
- Joint stiffness or muscle tightness
- Post-surgical or post-injury rehabilitation
- Chronic pain or recurring injuries that limit activity
When should you see a sports rehabilitation specialist?
You should consider seeing a sports rehabilitation specialist if you experience muscle pain, joint injuries, stiffness, or discomfort from training or competition.
Sports rehab is suitable for athletes and active individuals of all levels, supporting recovery from muscle strains, joint injuries, postural imbalances, and repetitive-use injuries, and helping you return to sport or activity safely and effectively.
What is post-surgical rehabilitation?
Post-surgical rehabilitation is a specialised form of therapy designed to help you recover safely and effectively after surgery. It focuses on restoring strength, mobility, and confidence through a combination of hands-on treatment, guided exercises, and functional movement training. The goal is to reduce stiffness, improve healing, and support your return to everyday activities.
What conditions are suitable for post-surgical rehabilitation?
Post-surgical rehabilitation is suitable for anyone recovering from an operation that affects movement, strength, or function. This includes joint replacements (such as hip or knee), spinal surgery, ligament or tendon repairs, arthroscopic procedures, and soft tissue reconstruction. Rehabilitation helps restore mobility, build strength, and promote safe, long-term recovery.
