Andrea graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2007, having previously completed a degree in Biology and worked in the finance sector. Her approach to treatment focuses on the whole person, rather than just the site of injury. She assesses underlying biomechanics – such as ankle, knee and hip function when treating back or pelvic issues – to identify and address contributing factors.
Andrea uses a range of treatment techniques, including soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, chiropractic manipulation and acupuncture. She is passionate about empowering patients in their recovery and provides guidance on rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle changes to support long-term results.
Outside the clinic, Andrea coaches a junior netball team, where she incorporates functional pre-habilitation into training – an approach that closely aligns with the functional work she delivers with patients.
