Medical Insurance

We are registered with BUPA and BUPA International for physiotherapy and will invoice them directly on your behalf.

Before your first appointment: 

1. Obtain authorisation from BUPA before treatment (authorisation must be specific to Dynamic Health Centre, provider no. 80014928)
2. Confirm your number of authorised sessions
3. Complete required questionnaires before your initial appointment and throughout treatment

Your responsibility: As the policyholder, you are responsible for ensuring your policy covers the treatment received. If BUPA declines payment for any reason (e.g. excess not met, allowance reached), the outstanding balance must be paid within 7 days or before your next appointment — whichever is sooner.
